She is also specialized in Quebec Investor Program. As authorized agent of two biggest Quebec Banks (Auray Capital and RCI), Aurora successfully helped clients submit their applications through the caps every year.

Over the past few years as Authorized International Partnership Facilitator of Red River College and Business Director of Ashton College Vancouver, Aurora has helped the Canadian Institutes build up partnerships with overseas education institutes and designed international pathways for oversea students to achieve their immigration destinations.

She previously held senior administrative and management roles in Winnipeg and served in leadership positions supporting international education programs within a Manitoba public school division.

Amy has contributed to program coordination and partnership development initiatives involving post-secondary institutions, including Red River College. Her work focuses on operational oversight, documentation management, and internal compliance systems, supporting the organization’s service quality and regulatory adherence.
